#2 MIND Diet
Right on the heels of DASH comes the MIND diet, with a 4 out of 5. Combining the DASH and Mediterranean diets, it focuses on food that affect brain health (hence the name MIND!) This diet emphasizes more on fish, nuts and olives.
Tied for second place with 4 out of 5 is also the TLC pr Therapeutic Lifestyle Change diet. Good at increasing cardiovascular health, this diet requires a little more commitment and self dedication than some of the others on this list. Clearly number 4 is popular because we have another contender tied for the spot – the Mediterranean Diet. Emphasizing on fruits, vegetables, olive oil, fish, nuts and other healthy nutrients it is extremely easy and tasty diet to follow and has gained immense popularity and quite a large following.
